With heavy hearts, our Ecolane family mourns the loss of Frank Lemmo Jr., Implementation Liason. Frank passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024, surrounded by his family.
Frank was an integral part of the Ecolane team for over five years. As a member of the Onboarding team, he worked closely with clients, providing exceptional service with a smile and a positive attitude. For our internal team, Frank and his memory continue to embody what it means to be a part of the Ecolane 'family.'
"Frank was not just an associate; he was an integral part of our company family, and his contributions will be deeply missed," said Spiro Gjorgjievski, President of Ecolane. "We extend our heartfelt condolences to his loved ones during this difficult time."
During his tenure with Ecolane, Frank was responsible for managing key client relationships and serving as an ambassador of the brand. Clients and coworkers alike could rely on Frank's product expertise as well as his sense of optimism when working through a problem or project.
"From day one, before I even started at Ecolane, we were family," said Misty Mansfield, Ecolane Project Manager. "He was like the brother I never had- always there to listen and jump in on anything that was needed to complete a task at hand. He was always known for looking for ways to connect with people and had a smile that you wouldn’t forget."
Arguably the most iconic of his many talents, Frank had a unique ability to connect with people, making him an incredible asset professionally and a wonderful friend personally. “His positivity was infectious, and he had a remarkable ability to relate and connect personally with anyone," said Matthew Taylor, Ecolane Vice President of Operations. "I missed him as a coworker and his greeting everyone in the office with his big smile. But I will truly miss him as a friend and an extension of my family.”
"Frank will truly be missed so dearly," said Aaron Franek, Ecolane Project Manager. "That said, Frank used to travel with the Training Team occasionally when we needed an extra resource, and he and I had a running joke of 'I’m your family now.' We said that because we would spend 2 or 3 straight weeks together at 10 – 14 hours/day. At that time, it was a joke, but over the years I truly grew to consider him as family, and I always will. He was so supportive and was always willing to be a listening ear when I needed him."
Despite his dedication to his work, Frank's greatest devotion was to his family. He is survived by his wife, Christina Lemmo, and their two children, Gabriella and Alexander. Frank was a loving husband and father, deeply committed to his family's well-being.
Hailing originally from Tobyhanna, PA, Frank graduated from Pocono Mountain West High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Digital Media Technologies from East Stroudsburg University.
Frank found joy in staying active, including running, reflecting his vibrant spirit. As a devoted Mets fan, he shared a passion for sports with several of his dearest friends, a bond that remained close to his heart.
We are honored to have had Frank as a part of our Ecolane team, not only as a coworker but as a dear friend. We offer our sincerest condolences to the Lemmo family.
