Ecolane is pleased to welcome Spiro Gjorgjievski as our new President and Managing Director. Spiro has more than 20 years of experience serving in leadership roles for multinational companies across a broad range of industries including transportation, energy, oil and gas, transaction processing, payments, and financial services.
In his previous role with Crane Co., Spiro served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for the fast-growing Payment Solutions division. Working with public sector transit agencies to help shape their revenue and fare collection strategies, he was responsible for increasing development efforts and expansion into high-growth markets, both domestically and internationally. Spiro will draw on these experiences in working with clients to grow their business and enhance the transit industry.
Originally from Macedonia, he moved to Canada and graduated from York University Schulich School of Business in Business Administration. Spiro loves the outdoors, whether hiking mountain peaks, dirt biking or cycling long distances along the Schuylkill River.
During the transition to our new post-pandemic environment, Ecolane is focused on providing the service and business continuity our clients have come to expect, while helping to plan and forecast through this unprecedented situation. We feel confident that our new mapping enhancements and our business intelligence tool will help transit businesses collect and organize information in making critical, data-driven decisions.
